Sepia has officially opened to be viewed at downtown’s historic Wichita Theater, in its new “balcony gallery”. Thank you so graciously to the African American Museum of Dallas at Fair Park for allowing Wichita Falls to showcase this exhibition.
We would of course like to Thank Wichita Theater for hosting the exhibit and agreeing to house this amazing collection. The Theater’s staff and volunteers deserve all the praise for making the viewers experience one to remember.
We had a group of special volunteers from Sheppard Air Force Base we would like to say a special Thank You! For your service to our country, as well as your dedication to serving our community simultaneously, we could not be more appreciative. We tip our hats off to these young men and women.
We would like to also thank 2011 Bistro for catering the event and adding a sense of sweetness to the Sepia experience. It was wonderful! If you have not been in to their downtown restaurant visit them at 801 Indiana, Wichita Falls, TX 76301.
You can still view Sepia: A Legacy in Photography at the Wichita Theater 925 Indiana Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 through March 11th.
