(Deanna Watson, Times Record News) When Ann Arnold-Ogden returned to work in December 2019 after having her son Louis, the Wichita Falls mother didn’t have the pangs of dread, doubt and sadness most working moms feel when they leave their babies at a new daycare.

Instead, Arnold-Ogden strapped Louis in his car seat and took him to work, where a play pin and bassinet await the now 9-week-old. That’s where she’ll also find the welcoming arms, figuratively and literally, of her boss, Margie Reese, executive director of the Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture.
