Jan 12, 2020

(Deanna Watson, Times Record News) When Ann Arnold-Ogden returned to work in December 2019 after having her son Louis, the Wichita Falls mother didn’t have the pangs of dread, doubt and sadness most working moms feel when they leave their babies at a new daycare.
