Ann Arnold-Ogden was engaged by The Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture in 2017 to provide guidance for increasing the agency’s visibility in the community. Her background in marketing and community development through the arts has enabled her to facilitate major city-wide projects, working collaboratively with the public and private sectors.

Ann received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and Master of Arts & Arts Administration from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.

She was named Wichita Falls Times Record News 20 Under 40. Ann currently serves on the board of directors of Texans for the Arts, a non-partisan statewide arts advocacy organization.

Ann and her husband, James, have one son and two locally adopted dogs.
