The Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture is a proud supporter of Dia de Los Muertos. We partnered with Potencia Projects, 9th Street Studios, Times Record News, and Vernon College to create an educational newspaper for 4th and 5th-grade students in Region 9 Schools, distributing thousands of copies to area schools.
