The Bridwell Park Futsal Court Mural project is a partnership between the City’s Parks Department and the Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture.
In 2025, Artist Jeremy Jarvis was selected for to design and install a mural created the design and for the futsal courts. Jarvis brings national recognition and experience to the project. He was the artist behind a mural commissioned by Disney for Finding Harmony, a national television special featuring John Legend. His murals can be found in communities across the United States.
The mural was commissioned following a national call for artists. Jarvis was selected by a panel of arts professionals, neighborhood representatives, and city staff convened by The Alliance.
Design Concept:
The mural is bursting with bold colors—pink, orange, turquoise, and deep navy—that reflect the energy and pride of the neighborhood.
Jeremy’s design was shaped by feedback from residents who wanted something bright, positive, and welcoming. As Jeremy says, “It embodies the feeling of belonging and the desire for a safe, beautiful, and uplifting space for everyone who steps onto the court.”
