The Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture, in partnership with Wichita County, is proud to announce the installation of a new stairwell gallery at the Wichita County Courthouse. This public art project transforms high-traffic areas of the courthouse into spaces that celebrate our region through large-scale photography.

The new installation features works by three North Texas photographers:

• Torin Halsey (Wichita Falls) – Wichita County Records
• Barry Levy (Wichita Falls) – Foggy Wee-Chi-Tah and Praying Before the Ride
• Ashley Madden-Jacobi (Burkburnett) – Fireworks Over Big Blue

This installation is part of a broader initiative to bring more public art into civic spaces and highlight the work of regional artists. We are grateful to our community partners and to the talented artists whose work now welcomes visitors and staff alike.
