The Old Post Office Museum & Art Center (OPOMAC) is dedicated to the development and maintenance of the general museum of history and fine arts for the education and enrichment of the citizens of Young County and its environs. OPOMAC collects, preserves, and exhibits items related to the history of the Young County region, with emphasis on the period circa 1850 to the present.
Our goal is to bring about a better understanding and appreciation of history, art, and the natural environment of the area - and to utilize the United States Post Office building, which operated as such until 1982 in the City of Graham, as a repository for the objects of the permanent collection.
