The Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture, in partnership with Wichita County, invites submissions for a new photography exhibition highlighting the people, places, and stories of Wichita County. Selected works will be professionally printed and displayed in public spaces at the Wichita County Courthouse and Annex. To see the full request for submissions, click here.

Themes:
Artists may submit images that explore one or more of the following:

• Icons of Wichita County – Landmarks, historic sites, and community events.
• Wild Wichita County – Natural beauty, wildlife, the Red River, and open spaces.
• In Motion – Transportation and travel, including roads, railways, bikes, and more.

Eligibility:
Open to individual artists or teams, age 18+, living in Wichita County or the surrounding area.

Stipend:
Selected artists will receive $250 per image.

Deadline:
Submissions are due by May 14, 2025, at 11:59 AM.

Exhibition Details:

• Locations: Wichita County Courthouse (2nd Floor) and Annex (1st Floor)
• Formats: 18″x24″ (horizontal or vertical) archival inkjet prints in frames or 40″x30″ metal prints
• Installation: Summer 2025
• Printing and mounting provided.
