We’re excited to share two new resources! The Life and Legacy of Charlye Farris newspaper is designed for 4th-6th graders and gives students an engaging way to explore Ms. Farris’s accomplishments. The newspaper includes a timeline of her life alongside major Civil Rights events. It also has arts activities, group projects, vocabulary exercises, and more!

A free online Educator Guide provides additional resources, field trip ideas, lesson plans, and TEKS alignment to support educators and parents.
