Please include a detailed description outlining the outstanding contributions and background of the nominee. Digital copies of support materials can also be submitted.  

Nomination Criteria:

• The number of nominations received for each nominee has no bearing on the selection process.
• We recommend collaborating with your nominee(s) to ensure a competitive nomination.
• Be sure to include all relevant details explaining your nomination.
• Self-nominations are allowed.
• Past recipients are NOT eligible to receive an award in the same category.
