Stephanie is certified in USDA Meal Planning and has a Texas Serve Safe
Manager Certification. She is skilled in food safety and preparations of
foods ranging from simple to gourmet. Instruction will include: Kitchen
safety, food safety, measuring, pouring, mixing, spreading, decorating,
checking food temperatures, and food preparation.
When: Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. OR
Wednesdays, 4:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
Ages: 13 and up
